Location: Hybrid – Monday though Thursday at 8 E 41st Street, New York, NY | Friday: Remote / Work from Home

Position Title:

Brand Manager | Account Manager | Client Services Manager | Category Manager (Beauty / Cosmetics / Fragrance)

We’re looking for a Brand Manager with experience in account management, product lifecycle, customer success, and cross-functional project coordination. This role is a key strategic partner in managing client relationships and ensuring brand success across channels. If you’ve worked in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, personal care, fashion, or CPG and thrive in a high-volume, data-driven, and collaborative environment—this is your next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and client onboarding, account setup, and project briefings
  • Manage and grow client relationships—acting as the primary point of contact for assigned brands
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Creative, Marketing, Logistics, Planning, and Finance)
  • Oversee weekly deliverables: purchase orders (POs), inventory planning, KPI reporting, budget tracking
  • Identify overstock/understock risks, partner with Sales to recommend promotions and liquidation strategies
  • Run weekly/monthly client meetings, performance reviews, and forecasting sessions
  • Track inventory flow and order status; communicate delays, updates, and fulfillment issues
  • Use Excel / Google Sheets to analyze sell-through data, develop sales recaps, and generate strategic reports
  • Own and update project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) for visibility and accountability
  • Participate in brand expansion, product launch execution, and special initiatives from senior leadership

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, client services, account management, or project management
  • Industry experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, fashion, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, Slack, and inventory systems
  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
  • Experience using data analytics and reporting to influence decision-making and performance improvements
