ForceBrands is partnering with a high-growth global functional beverage and wellness brand to identify a Brand Manager who will play a key role in building and scaling the brand’s presence in the US market.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing consumer brand at a pivotal stage of its US expansion. Working closely with a global Brand team, this person will help translate an established global brand strategy into culturally relevant, high-impact execution for the US consumer.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on brand builder who combines strong strategic instincts with a willingness to roll up their sleeves. You’ll work across campaigns, retail, NPD, partnerships, influencers, events and other consumer touchpoints while serving as a key connector across US and global teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Global Brand team to localize and roll out integrated campaigns for the US market while maintaining consistency with the broader global brand strategy.
- Serve as a central brand partner across Growth, Shopper/Retail, Partnerships, Social, Creative and Operations, ensuring US initiatives ladder up to one cohesive brand story.
- Own the localization of brand guidelines, tone of voice, messaging and creative direction to ensure campaigns feel culturally relevant and native to US consumers.
- Support 360‑degree brand initiatives spanning retail activations, new product launches, influencer and celebrity partnerships, events, PR, media and owned channels.
- Develop clear campaign briefs and provide brand direction to internal teams and external agency/freelance partners.
- Bring a strong US consumer perspective to global brand and product conversations, using cultural trends, consumer insights and market knowledge to inform decision‑making.
- Partner with NPD and cross‑functional teams on new product launches, including positioning, messaging, packaging and US market considerations.
- Track campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future brand investment and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of brand management experience within CPG.
- Strong retail experience is required, with food & beverage experience highly preferred.
- Beverage experience is a plus, particularly within functional beverages, wellness or other emerging consumer categories.
- Experience working with a scaling brand or helping an emerging category gain mainstream consumer adoption is highly valuable.
- Strong understanding of integrated brand building across retail, digital, social, partnerships and experiential channels.
- Excellent cultural and creative instincts with the ability to recognize what will resonate authentically with a US audience.
- Highly autonomous, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment without significant layers of infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while collaborating effectively across functions, geographies and timezones.
- A true hands‑on mentality, you’re equally comfortable contributing to strategy and getting into the details required to bring the work to life.
