Boehringer Ingelheim US is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as US Brand Head - CRM Nephrology, driving a brand across its lifecycle from PoC to mature lifecycle. You will steer market strategy with global teams, ensuring launch readiness and strong cross-functional partnership in the US market.

The role is based on-site at Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days per week, involving accountability for brand P&L, forecasts, budgets and strategic decisions to accelerate market impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or science; MBA preferred.
• Twelve+ years of pharma/healthcare experience across multiple disciplines.
• Rare disease knowledge and US launch experience highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Brand Team members across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Program Leads.
• Own launch metrics, timelines, risk management and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and execute a consolidated US Brand strategy with global collaboration.
• Manage US brand P&L, revenue forecasts and budget ownership.
