Job summary

The Colorado Department of Agriculture (Brand Inspection Division) seeks an organized administrative professional to manage country certificates, permits, and reports, and to support public livestock markets with sales records and inspections.

Responsibilities include brand research, customer inquiries, and general office duties. A minimum of three years in admin support is expected; this is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Broomfield several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of high level experience in administrative support.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile and enter brand inspectors' country certificates, permits and reports.
• Reconcile public livestock market sales reports, dock cards and inspection fees.
• Research new brand applications and advise customers on brand procedures.
• Provide administrative support and respond to inquiries by phone, email or counter.
