Reports To: Taproom Manager & Business Director
Salary: $55,000 (flexibility based on experience)

continue to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and experienced Brand &
Hospitality Manager to join our team and help elevate the customer
experience to the next level.
Job Summary
The Brand & Hospitality Manager is responsible for planning and organizing
private & semi-private events, as well as managing Greater Good’s e-
commerce store and daily social media activities. This role combines
creativity, organization, and leadership to ensure that every event and
customer interaction reflects our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
Events Management:
•Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house events (e.g. trivia nights, live
music, festivals, beer releases).
•Manage private bookings, corporate gatherings, community functions,
etc.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for all event clients, from inquiry
to post-event follow-up.
Administrative & Strategic Duties:
•Develop and manage budgets for events and hospitality operations.
•Track performance metrics, guest feedback, and event profitability.•Work with marketing to promote events and specials through social
media, email, and in-house channels.
•Foster community partnerships and relationships with local vendors
and artists.
Qualifications
•1+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or related
roles.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
•Familiarity with POS systems, event planning tools, and Microsoft
Office/Google Workspace.
•Passion for craft beer and experience in a brewery/taproom setting is a
plus.
•Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
