Job description

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Hospitality National Account Manager - EAST COAST to join our TEAM! As the Hospitality National Account Manager - East Coast, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as research and develop new Hospitality opportunities, collaborate with Arch Reps, GSM’s, RVP’s, Sales Reps, SAM’s and identify new Hospitality account sales.

***This is a remote role. Candidate can be located in any state on the East Coast.

***70% Travel

Primary Objective:

Develops new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the Hospitality segment to identify and develop new Strategic accounts and grow Hospitality business. Works closely with Hospitality Director & regional team to implement growth and development plans with Hospitality accounts. Additionally, accountable to identify, research and develop a growth strategy for the fast-growing Ownership groups.

Major Function and Scope:
  1. Researches and develops new Hospitality opportunities
  2. Supports the efforts of Hospitality Director in developing and implementing Hospitality growth programs and activity.
  3. Sales Force and Quarterly Project Report management / implementation
  4. Attend LPT’s when available
  5. Manage all assigned brand account activity for your territory
  6. Manage design firm relationships when engaged in brand RFP’s
  7. Assist in RFP’s, RFI’s, etc.
  8. Work on custom product requests
  9. Identifies new sales opportunities / Assigns ownership groups, FF&E, PM’s, etc. to the field
  10. Helps educate the field on Hospitality segment and go-to-market strategies
  11. Researches, identifies, and responds to product and market trends.
  12. Participates in trade shows, networking and meetings related to Hospitality as required.
  13. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Mohawk counterparts in designated segment.
  14. Performs other related duties as required.
  15. Frequent but manageable travel required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile product lines, knowledge of Corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures.
  3. Minimum of 5 years in Hospitality sales recommended. Multiple market experience a plus. Experience working with Marketing Managers, Planners and Customer Service Personnel.
Competencies:
  1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  2. Ability to prepare and present concise reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  3. Exceptional capacity to connect with people quickly and desire to cultivate genuine relationships within the industry.
