Simply Business in the US is seeking an experienced Marketing leader to expand brand awareness and accelerate growth as we introduce new brands and categories to the market. You will own brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction across channels, driving performance and credibility.

You will lead a team focused on GTM, PR, content, and partnerships, collaborating with growth marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that boost visibility and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Brand/Product marketing, preferably at a startup or growth-stage digital business.
• Experience in the insurtech/fintech industry is a plus.
• Exceptional creative vision and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to elevate Simply Business in the market and drive business results.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across channels and touchpoints.
• Define value propositions and messaging frameworks to inform GTM and optimize creative performance.
• Lead design to create campaigns that capture brand essence and drive performance.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to design campaigns, identify partnerships, and boost visibility.
