Horizon Commercial Pools is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to drive strategies that grow our brand and engage customers across commercial aquatics markets. You will shape and execute programs, campaigns, and materials to support sales objectives and elevate our market position.

In this role you will partner with leadership to define marketing plans, manage digital channels, and collaborate with external agencies to deliver impactful branding and demand-gen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience to support sales and brand development.
• Proficiency with MS Teams and marketing software.

• Craft a distinctive brand voice and identity across markets.
• Create brand awareness to fuel customer service and sales growth.
• Design and produce marketing materials and content for events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing with sales goals.
