Job summary

Landmark Aquatic Inc. is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead in-market sales, drive quota attainment, and coach Aquatic Sales Representatives (ASRs). This role reports to the General Manager and actively sells while ensuring Salesforce discipline and accurate forecasting.

You will own a sales quota, grow relationships across AquatiCare and services, and partner with Operations to ensure clean handoffs and revenue growth. Travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven revenue track record.
• Prior sales leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to balance individual selling with team leadership and performance management.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Carry an individual sales quota and actively sell within the market, including target accounts and opportunities.
• Own and grow customer relationships across AquatiCare, equipment, chemical, repair, renovation, and other Landmark service offerings.
• Prospect, develop, qualify, advance, and close new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Manage, coach, and develop Aquatic Sales Representatives; maintain daily/weekly sales cadence.
• Inspect pipelines for coverage, stage accuracy, next steps, and forecast reliability.
• Drive follow-up on open quotes to improve conversion and reduce cycle time.
• Coach ASRs on meetings, strategy, objections, negotiation, closing, and account development.
• Ensure Salesforce is the system of record with current opportunities and activities.
• Partner with the GM on market sales execution and resource alignment.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service for clean handoffs and quoted work readiness.
• Support technician-led selling by routing and converting opportunities through the sales motion.
• Monitor personal and team performance against KPIs like quota, pipeline, and margins.
• Build relationships with operators, builders, designers, property managers, and facility leaders.
• Participate in customer events, trade shows, and market development activities.
