Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools, the nation’s largest and most recognizable name in inground pools, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns across markets. You will coordinate projects, timelines, and vendors while maintaining documentation and budgets.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of marketing, project coordination, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task lists.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, operations, customer care, finance, and external partners.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities.
• Maintain visibility into project status and upcoming deadlines.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables and ensure approvals are obtained.
• Maintain promotional calendars and deployment schedules.
• Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and departmental documentation.
• Organize and maintain marketing files, assets, and records.
• Support planning, prioritization, and process improvements.
