Job summary

Gulla CPA is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to own the firm’s marketing initiatives, elevate visibility, and drive brand consistency. You will lead strategy and day-to-day execution across content, social media, HubSpot campaigns, and dashboards for leadership.

You’ll partner with firm leadership to build marketing plans, manage vendors, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery across channels while growing the firm’s thought leadership in tax advisory and fractional CFO services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience with HubSpot and content marketing.
• Strong social media management background.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing content strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans that support firm growth objectives.
• Manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign schedule.
• Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Create and manage content calendars and coordinate channels (blog, newsletters, video, podcasts, client stories).
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others.
