Hanover Park in New York City is seeking its first marketing hire to define how we look, sound, and show up for fund CFOs, GPs, and finance teams. You’ll own brand, events, and growth from idea to execution.

This role is a company-defining, zero-to-one opportunity: craft our visual identity and voice, run intimate CFO dinners and the first customer conference, and partner with sales and engineering on growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in brand, marketing, or events with verifiable work
• Excellence in at least two of brand, events, growth
• Bias to ship and able to operate without a playbook
• Comfort with ambiguity and building without a playbook

Responsibilities

• Define visual identity, voice, and story across channels
• Build brand trusted by institutional investors
• Own events program from concept to execution
• Run experiments to find scalable channels
