Earth's Best, a key priority brand within Hain Celestial, seeks a Sr. Associate Brand Manager to drive innovation, marketing efforts, and business analysis across products under Earth's Best. Expect to lead cross-functional teams and influence brand strategy in a nimble, entrepreneurial setting.

The role includes overseeing new product commercialization, promotional strategy, and collaboration with R&D, packaging, and sales, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum three years' experience in a consumer-packaged goods marketing, marketing analytics or project management role or related capacity

Responsibilities

• Leads project management for innovation and commercialization on Earth's Best, coordinating with R&D, Packaging Design and Operations.
• Leads S&OP forecast with input from Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Manages key growth-driving and margin-enhancement projects.
