Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company seeks an Associate Brand Manager to accelerate Dymatize growth across RTD and Protein Powder lines. You will own budgeting, lead workstreams, translate data into actionable recommendations, and partner with sales, finance, insights, and operations to shape the brand and financial outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid Emeryville setting, interact with senior leaders, and gain broad brand-management experience while delivering results for a growing nutrition brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in CPG, agency, or consulting.
• Experience in brand management, analytics, budgeting, finance, consumer insights, commercialization, or integrated marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dymatize marketing budget and defined workstreams.
• Translate data into recommendations and support brand initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Operations and Digital teams.
• Analyze post-launch performance and inform future product plans.
