Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company (PNC) is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to accelerate growth for Dymatize in Emeryville, CA. This role offers broad exposure to budgeting, analytics, and marketing across the Ready-to-Drink and Protein Powder portfolio, partnering with Sales, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in brand management, analytics, budgeting, finance, consumer insights, commercialization, or integrated marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build working knowledge of Dymatize P&L, including net sales, gross margin, cost of goods, marketing investment, and key drivers of business performance.
• Own monthly business reporting across consumption, shipments, revenue, profitability, and forecast.
• Analyze data to identify performance drivers, risks and growth opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Own select campaign, agency, promotional, digital, or activation workstreams and report on performance.
