Job summary

Malibu Wellness, Inc. seeks a Senior Brand Growth & Innovation Manager in Indianapolis, IN. You will define and drive brand storytelling, product innovation, and go-to-market initiatives across Malibu C and contract manufacturing partners.

You will collaborate with the CEO, President/COO, and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to align brand initiatives with market opportunities, lead multiple launches, and ensure profitable growth and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Brand storytelling and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with C-suite.
• 10+ years in brand management or marketing leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product and brand innovation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives and align brand with sales objectives.
• Develop and launch 60+ new products annually across brands and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Coordinate with R&D, Purchasing, and Operations for lifecycle management.
• Provide safety, compliance, and environmental oversight as needed.
• Manage timelines, budgeting, and performance evaluation with leadership.
