Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Sales & Brand Growth Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and build community relationships across three restaurant locations. You will execute marketing initiatives, lead community engagement efforts, and create memorable guest experiences in-store and locally.

The role reports to Senior Directors and requires full-time availability with flexible scheduling around events, with benefits varying by position and status.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or event planning is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain community relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive transactions and grow brand presence across all locations.
• Engage with local businesses, schools, churches, and community groups to activate marketing and catering opportunities.
