Job summary

Wella Company is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager for the OPI Brand Management team in California. You will lead strategy and execution, guided by data insights and budget stewardship, to drive growth across channels.

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Retail Brands and collaborate with global and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive campaigns and compelling brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG/Beauty.
• Digitally savvy with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; ability to craft brand materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility.
• Derive data-driven insights to guide brand growth and positioning.
• Own and manage the OPI brand budget and resource allocation.
• Lead monthly recaps on activities’ impact to revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns.
