Wella Company seeks a Manager, Consumer & Customer Insights - Nail to lead consumer research and translate insights into growth for the OPI portfolio. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Creative and R&D to drive brand and commercial initiatives.

You will develop deep category knowledge, monitor trends, and contribute to new product concepts and go-to-market strategies. The role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid work and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, consumer insights, market research or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, economics, business, or related field.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and data experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead insight generation for the OPI portfolio to support brand and commercial initiatives.
• Deeply understand the nail category including consumer needs, trends and purchase journeys.
• Partner with Marketing and Innovation to evaluate product concepts, packaging and pricing.
• Monitor competitive activity and market shifts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate new methodologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance insights.
• Champion an insights-driven culture with voice of consumer and nail pro embedded.
