Wella Company seeks a Sr. Brand Manager for OPI in Calabasas, CA. You will lead brand strategy, manage budgets, and drive growth through data-driven marketing. This role reports to the Senior Director, Wella Retail Brands, and collaborates with global teams and agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.

You will own brand messaging, refine opportunities, and present activity plans to senior leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience (CPG/Beauty preferred).
• Digitally savvy with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to manage multiple projects with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans to grow the OPI brand.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present activity master plans to Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Lead data-driven insights to refine messaging and brand claims.
• Collaborate with global teams and agencies to ensure cohesive campaigns.
