Wella Company seeks a Senior Director, Brand Activation for OPI in Calabasas, CA. Hybrid role guiding global activation strategy, masterbrand framework, and U.S. execution across earned, paid, and owned channels.

Oversees paid media, events, influencers, and ambassador programs to drive EMV and audience engagement. The role reports to the VP Global Brand/SVP Marketing and collaborates with regional markets to ensure consistent brand activation while tailoring plans to local needs.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications, and activation.
• Ability to translate global strategy to market plans and tailor activation locally.

Responsabilités

• Lead OPI’s global activation strategy and masterbrand framework across earned, paid, and owned channels.
• Own the U.S. earned and owned activation, partnering with markets to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Oversee paid media strategy and content across social, events, and influencer programs.
