Karlatoon is a technology-driven employment platform seeking a Head of Brand, Marketing & Growth to lead brand development, marketing strategy, public awareness, and market expansion.

The role requires strategic leadership, creative thinking, digital marketing expertise, brand management, and measurable growth execution. You will build campaigns, partnerships, and an international presence to drive KPIs and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, SEO, or marketing strategy are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Karlatoon’s overall brand, marketing, and growth strategy.
• Establish a strong brand identity, positioning, and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Lead marketing campaigns to introduce Karlatoon to employers, job seekers, businesses, universities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop public relations initiatives, media outreach, press releases, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility, credibility, and market penetration.
• Develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Create strategies for entering new markets and expanding Karlatoon’s international presence.
• Establish marketing KPIs, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and other teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Build and manage the marketing team as the organization grows.
