Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Brand Manager / Sr Associate Brand Manager for Trojan to support brand strategy and execution. This hybrid role is based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

You will assist with marketing activities, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across the brand team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 1+ year in Marketing or a CPG internship.
• Experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities (promotions, displays, sampling, PR).
• Forecast products and analyze supply chain and Nielsen data.
• Support briefing with external creative agencies and manage milestones.
• Develop deep understanding of brand categories and market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business activities.
