Job summary

Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support business development, customer communication, employee engagement, recruiting, and training initiatives. This role is heavily focused on graphic design for electronic and print media and works closely with IPS teams to turn ideas and technical information into clear, engaging content.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, communications, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and marketing work.
• Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, image selection, and preparing files for digital/print.
• Proficiency with common design, presentation, website content, and social media tools.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to take direction and work with internal teams.
• Ability to translate technical information into audience-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce branded electronic and print materials (flyers, brochures, sheets, signage, recruiting materials, internal communications, event materials).
• Create professional graphics, layouts, and visual content aligned with IPS brand standards.
• Maintain templates, brand assets, photo libraries, and marketing materials for consistency.
• Keep website current by coordinating updates to information and images.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content to support IPS goals and audiences.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to identify timely stories and content opportunities.
• Assist with customer proposals, presentations, resumes, and capability statements.
