Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Communications & Design Specialist in Greenville, SC to craft internal communications and visuals. You will design graphics, edit videos, and draft content for internal and PR use, maintaining IPS brand voice.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing Operations and Creative teams, working independently with direction. Ideal candidates bring a sharp eye for editorial quality and the ability to manage multiple small projects.
If you're searching for a place where you can grow, continue learning, and make a meaningful impact while still having time for the people and moments that matter most, welcome to Integrated Power Services! We believe your value extends far beyond your job title because the best work comes from people who feel supported, challenged, and fulfilled both professionally and personally. Here, you'll find opportunities to develop your career, work alongside exceptional teammates, and be part of a culture that recognizes that your life is worth just as much as your work-if not more. Because when people thrive, businesses thrive. If that sounds like the kind of place you've been looking for, we invite you to join us!
As a Communications & Design Specialist, you'll turn IPS's stories, announcements, and plans into polished, audience-ready pieces - graphics, edited video, and written content that people actually stop to read or watch. This is a hands-on, production-focused role: you'll own the craft and execution of internal communications and creative support, working with real independence once direction is set.
You'll bring a sharp editorial eye to everything you touch, using efficient tools to work quickly without losing IPS's voice or accuracy. You'll report to the Marketing Operations Manager, and you'll partner day-to-day with the Digital Content Manager and Creative Services Lead on execution.

You'll learn from industry experts, grow alongside a talented workforce, and be part of a company that is built on the Shared Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
