Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Communications & Design Specialist in Greenville, SC to craft internal communications and visuals. You will design graphics, edit videos, and draft content for internal and PR use, maintaining IPS brand voice.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing Operations and Creative teams, working independently with direction. Ideal candidates bring a sharp eye for editorial quality and the ability to manage multiple small projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Sharp editorial eye — tone, accuracy, and brand consistency matter.
• Clear, professional writing for internal and PR-support content.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and production of graphics, one-pagers, flyers, and event materials for internal and PR use, from concept through final file.
• Build and maintain visual templates for newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Apply and enforce IPS's brand and visual guidelines across materials.
• Own end-to-end editing of video for internal communications and PR, including auto-captioning and rough-cut assembly.
• Turn raw footage into short, polished pieces for features or media use and manage video assets.
• Draft internal announcements and newsletters, review for tone and accuracy, and support PR projects with research and coordination.
• Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager and Creative Services Lead to align content with marketing efforts.
