Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Communications & Design Specialist to turn IPS's stories into polished graphics, video, and written content for internal and PR use. You will own end-to-end design, video editing, and editorial work, collaborating with Marketing Ops and the Digital Content Manager while developing templates and maintaining brand guidelines.

Candidates with 1–3 years in design or communications, proficiency in Canva/Adobe Express/Illustrator and CapCut or Premiere Pro

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• A sharp editorial eye — comfortable catching tone, accuracy, or brand issues in a draft.
• Clear, professional writing skills for internal and PR-support content.
• Working proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator, with independence.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and production of graphics, one-pagers, flyers, and event materials.
• Build and maintain visual templates for newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
• Apply and enforce IPS's brand and visual guidelines across materials.
• Edit video for internal communications and PR — captioning and rough-cut editing.
• Turn raw footage into short pieces for employee features or media use.
• Draft internal announcements and PR materials with efficient drafting tools.
• Review drafts for tone, accuracy, and brand voice before sharing.
• Support PR and communications projects with research, scheduling, and coordination.
• Maintain and improve communication templates and toolkits.
