Faherty, a family-run lifestyle and apparel brand, is seeking a store leader in Naples, FL to drive performance across People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations. You will lead a team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and uphold Faherty's values in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires multi-year leadership in a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand, omnichannel coordination between stores and ecommerce, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Multi-year leadership experience in similar scope, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team for a seamless customer experience.
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and MS Office; strong communication.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and performance goals.
• Willing to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team development.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Plan and execute in-store events and guest outreach.
• Analyze store metrics to identify performance improvements.
