Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Utah store. You will share passion for the HOKA products, educate customers, and welcome everyone into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

You’ll assist management with daily tasks, operate the cash register, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and merchandised to Brand standards while modeling an energetic, optimistic attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand.
• Engage knowledgably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and operate the cash register.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and break area and follow safety procedures.
• Report to work on time and notify if late or absent.
