Deckers Brands' HOKA retail team is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the best possible customer experience and share passion for our products. As a HOKA Expert, you will educate customers about our brand and stay current on product technologies, operate the cash register, check inventory daily, and keep the store clean and organized.

A flexible schedule, strong communication, and a motivated, team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily; ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; participate in safety procedures and report lateness or absences.
