You will manage the floor, assist with fitting rooms, training, and contribute to a professional, inclusive team. Flexible day, evening, and weekend availability with potential overtime or travel as required.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with occasional overnight work or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and customer data capture.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and contribute to an inclusive, professional team environment.
