Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to provide styling advice, assist customers, and represent the brand in a welcoming shopping environment. You will support sales objectives and maintain store standards throughout the shift.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to operate a register, and the stamina to stand, move, and lift as needed. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, product knowledge, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer, product, and category feedback with management.
