Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold retail standards.
• Engage customers and suggest products based on interests and needs.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and provide product information.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain POS integrity.
• Support loss prevention policies and report incidents to the manager on duty.
