Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate II (Sales Lead) to support the store with daily operations, customer engagement, merchandising and brand standards. This role is part of the store leadership team and may act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will help maximize sales, greet customers, assist in fitting rooms, and promote brand experiences for Lee and Wrangler products. Weekend, evenings, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of store management to maximize store sales and achieve goals.
• Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and act as manager on duty when needed.
• Model brand-specific service standards and address customer concerns quickly.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and suggest best products for needs.
• Monitor policies and procedures and support opening/closing tasks.
