Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead in Grapevine, TX. The role opens and closes the store, supports sales performance, delivers customer experiences, and runs daily store operations. You will assist customers, maintain merchandising standards, and help enroll loyalty members.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, promoting rewards, assisting with fitting rooms, and handling basic POS duties. Flexibility and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support daily operations.
