Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll welcome customers, assist at the register, and help ensure a smooth store operation while sharing Wrangler history and product knowledge.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently. You will maintain a clean selling floor, restock merchandise, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a welcoming store atmosphere while assisting at the register and educating them about Wrangler history if needed.
• Maintain store standards by restocking, completing go-backs, and supporting opening/closing tasks; follow policies and assist with loss prevention where required.
