Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead to open and close the store, engage customers, and drive weekly sales while upholding merchandising standards aligned with our Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen brands.

This entry-level leadership position supports the Store Manager by executing customer engagement strategies, maintaining store appearance, and training new team members. It requires a flexible schedule and a minimum of 30 hours per week, including one weekend day and rotating

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supporting sales performance and customer experiences.
• Engage with customers, recommend products, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restock, and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in loss prevention, safety, and daily store operations.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
