Job summary

AEO in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while staying energetic in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns with a friendly, proactive approach. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and fit.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
