Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Michigan is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help guests find products, explain features, and promote the AE loyalty program while representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm.

You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays, and you must be at least 16 years old. The role spans Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AE loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support the team and help get the job done.
• Uphold brand policies and represent the company values.
