Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Williamsburg, IA to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

You will represent the brand with enthusiasm, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom as needed. Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Energetic, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and achieve goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
