Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders.
