ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care and helping them find what they need.

You will help maintain a welcoming environment across the sales floor and contribute to a high-quality store presentation. You will assist customers with product guidance, support merchandising, and handle checkouts while enabling omni-channel tasks such as online orders and in-store pickup.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, visually consistent sales floor.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cash wrap.
• Support Save the Sale orders, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store when needed.
