Job summary

Audi Tulsa is seeking a Sales Associate to drive the sales process from identifying customer needs to closing deals, ensuring a positive dealership experience for customers. You will work with the sales team and dealership staff to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge Audi vehicles and the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions and making product recommendations
• Responsible for customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns and offering solutions
• Execute the sales process by negotiating prices and closing deals
• Manage customer relationships through follow-up and providing exceptional customer service
• Interact with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with dealership standards
• Adhere to Audi standards when interacting with customers and visitors
• Other duties as assigned by management.
