Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Miller Hill Mall in Duluth, MN. You will be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to help guests find exactly what they’re looking for, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are at least 16 years old and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to get the job done and uphold integrity.
