Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a high-energy, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates are retail-experienced, flexible with scheduling—including evenings, weekends and holidays—and passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move comfortably across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and follow AEO policies.
