Job summary

American Eagle in Cincinnati is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, excited to educate guests about AE & Aerie products and to foster loyalty. You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom with energy and integrity.

You’ll promote the AE loyalty program, engage customers, and work as a team to achieve store goals while upholding company policies and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and stay energetic in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are reliable, adaptable and able to work across multiple store areas.
• You follow company policies and demonstrate integrity in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done in a busy environment.
• Represent the brand with honesty and real person-to-person service.
