Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Dunwoody, GA is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through authentic connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture.

You’ll engage customers with genuine conversations, showcase products, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting for in-store and online shoppers. A positive, flexible attitude with nights, weekends, and holidays is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations, keeping them informed about exclusive drops and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless by maintaining an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop space; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers who shop in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible and be open to trying new things, learning as you go.
