Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through authentic connections, personal style, and knowledge of pop culture. You’ll help customers create a memorable shopping experience, stay informed on product drops, and maintain an inspiring, on-brand sales floor.

The role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting at the Northampton location. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
