Job summary

Urban Outfitters is hiring Brand Ambassadors to bring the store experience to life through personal style and genuine customer connections. You’ll stay informed about product drops, trends, and promotions while helping customers shop in-store and online.

This position emphasizes energy, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversations and promote exclusive drops and promos.
• Maintain an inspiring, organized space; assist in restocking and styling displays.
• Assist customers using in-store tech to shop in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Be open to trying new things and learning on the job.
