Job summary

Urban Outfitters is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Athens, GA to bring the store to life with authentic interactions and trend-aware personal style. You will engage customers, share enthusiasm for exclusive drops, and help maintain an inspiring, organized space that supports multiple shopping channels.

Flexibility with scheduling is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and employees receive product discounts and growth

• Create the in-store energy and memorable shopping experiences.
• Keep the store space inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; restock and style displays.
• Assist customers using in-store tech for shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Be flexible and ready to learn as needs shift daily.
• Work as a team and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
